That is why we offer you a spare blade for our vegetable slicer. This way you can go back to easily and quickly splitting salad, beets or cucumbers of up to 8,5 cm in diameter into even 0,7 x 0,7 cm pegs. Naturally the spare blades are, just like the cutter itself, made from stainless steel and can be easily clean with cold water.
